Strength Coach Nick

Coach Nick Haberlach is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Coach Nick has a Masters of Science in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Coach Nick specializes in training young athletes. He has a background playing and coaching many sports. By hiring Coach Nick as your strength coach, you will improve sports performance, overall health, and reduce the risk of injuries associated with sports. Coach Nick trains clients at his personal outdoor training facility. Individualized strength training programs are designed and implemented based on the needs of the sport and specific needs of the athlete.

mIDDLE sCHOOL (7th grade and up) AND hIGH sCHOOL Group Strength Training

Coach Nick trains athlete within a group setting. Groups of up to 4 athlete train using plyometric, power, and strength exercises to improve sports performance.

Sessions are $40 per one hour training per athlete.

Coach Nick trains in a group setting. Groups of up to 3 adults train using functional strength training (exercises that mimic movements used in daily life, building strength and improving overall function).

Sessions are $50 per one hour training per adult.
